The Golden Eagle appeared ready to be released. She wouldn't go. A few months later she was transferred to The Bird Treatment and Learning Ccnter in Anchorage, where there is a flight cage. |

During the Hawk Watch, sponsored by the Mat-Su Birders on 4/20/2008, The Bird Treatment and Learning Center brought the eagle for release. The Alaska WildBird Rehab Center and The Bird TLC were present for her release as each had contributed to her care. |
